I gave up on myself and I used food to make me feel better.

I'm dedicated and work hard to reach my goals. Never thought I could do half the things I've accomplished since I started college two years ago.
-
Great job!

I'm 20 and I know what that stuff is most of the people around my age do. I had one girl in my class who was a couple years older and she had never heard of Van Halen, that blew everyone away. So don't feel old lol she's definitely in the minority.

Tell him to grow up, he can see his friend another time, you may not see your dad too many times after this. I consider this taking a mile when given an inch. You already allow him an entire week away from his adult responsibilities so he should appreciate it and support you like husbands are supposed to do.

1994 Buick la sabre. It rusted out before the engine was done =\ gotta love Michigan. I had that for a year then bought a 1999 Chevy cavalier convertible so I consider them my co first cars. I still have the second one, I tried to sell it but it broke my heart every time someone stopped to look so I now drive it in the…

Eat more. Set your weekly goal to half a pound. Look through the boards for eat more to weigh less. Oh and start lifting heavy =]

Could you have ovarian cysts? I agree with the above though. With that sort of pain you need to see a doctor.
-
I've seen that too I'm curious to see if anyone posts about having met their goal weight with this method.
-
I didn't think it was offensive lol I understood what you meant. I guess you could say vegetarians have more of a "gentle soul."
-
Interesting idea, I wonder if there is a link there. To add to the discussion: I've been vegetarian my whole life so I've learned how to meet certain dietary needs that I think a lot of "young" vegetarians forget. It's really not as simple as "I'll just stop eating meat" you have to be conscious about the other foods your…

I try to but I always lose them lol.

I agree. My cousin is six and she knows better than to say that stuff to people so does my boyfriends five year old sister. I think five and up the child should be expected to know better. I'm sorry that was said to you, I've not had a child say that to me as an adult but as a kid I was told almost daily how fat I was.
-
People are such a s s holes I truly wish those people would have the things they feel uncomfortable about pointed out. It hurts like hell. I was told I was fat by other kids almost daily when I was younger, how can their parents not have taught them not to say stuff like that??? Keep your head up he obviously lives a less…

People are a little nicer. I think bigger people and very thin people are often treated less than human. I do not however enjoy the extra male attention, so far the comments have been overly sexual.

mmmm thanks for sharing!

I'm 5'2.5 I started at 198 I'm currently 149.6 My goal is 122 =] You can do this.

I have very thin hair and CANNOT shower the day before than wake up and go the next day or it looks disgusting. I would recommend showering the day of. Than there are some various shampoos and such that should help with your skin on your scalp. =]

I eat the same things too lol. When I first started I would eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a couple days. No reason besides it was really yummy haha. I wanted to add that I agree with the person above me. If you eat the same thing make sure you're getting proper nutrients.

After mentioning it in a positive way with no attempts you'll just have to lead by example. That really makes a huge difference for people to actually see it happen.

Oh hell. Do these people eat those "calories they burn."

That sounds really good!

The De Lorean from Back to the Future <3 Ah after reading other posts I think the hover board from Back to the Future would be nice, I used to get so upset as a kid because they didn't really make them lol. Also I would LOVE Bumblebee from Transformers.
-
I plod lol. Eh, shorter strides are supposed be less of an impact on your joints.

If you go to the YMCA it costs $10 where I am, but I've heard others say they'll do it for free.
-
Exactly. You'll scare the **** out of her if you mention it. People lose their big bad front when they aren't on the computer.
-
It's not true. You burn calories and it doesn't matter what time you burn them. I run in the evening too, do what works best for you =]
