  • Did you possible calculate your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) rather than BMR? 1800 does sound like a lot lol that's my tdee while my BMR is between 1400-1500.

  • 1000??? Try 1400 you'll feel much better, also low fat doesn't make you lose any faster, so unless you have a health condition or a dietitian told you to do low fat, I wouldn't worry about it.. =]

  • I agree with Brian. I've also found when running in the rain (if it's pretty cold out too) that my throat and ears hurt REALLY bad for a couple hours after my run because of the cold rain, so I try to keep a scarf or something. Otherwise running in warm rain is really nice =]

  • I've been running for about 6 years. My mile times range anywhere from 8:30-10:30. I still have "I want to quit" thoughts the first 5-10 minutes just depends on the day lol.
  • I agree, you're an adult. Try cooking them with soy sauce or buy a spaghetti squash and eat it wish sauce. I have always liked vegetable but once I made them a main part of my diet I would rather eat them over most things.
