I made them this morning. I used all purpose flour. They rose in the oven, but as soon as I took them out of the oven, they sort of fell to the bottom again. And the texture was more gooey than fluffy. Is it because of the size of the banana or something? I really want to know how to make them better, because the flavor…

They tasted pretty good! Much better than "string" string cheese. But why did mine turn brown on the top instead of the edges first?

Made it this morning! It tasted so good. On the side are two mini cheesecakes. I substituted vanilla extract for honey.

Exactly! It takes your body 20 minutes to realise you ate something. So you might still be hungry right after lunch.

If you look on the box, it says that eggs must be refrigerated. It can't even be put on the side of the fridge, it must be put IN the fridge. Yes, eggs do take on the flavors from other food really easily, that's why it's sold in a box, not just alone.

Yep! I am from Hershey, Pennsylvania. Ahh, not to mention the smell of dark Hershey chocolate when I am walking outside. So not diet-friendly.

I think only losing weight would help, and of course you can't burn fat from one area. What is weird is that there isn't any muscle in the fingers!

Net carbs = total carbs - fiber I don't think this helps in any way, but I just remembered it.

I'm not really sure if doing exercise could burn the fat, probably not, but it can tone up and strengthen your abdominal muscles. I find leg raises really helpful for the lower abdominal, google it. Congrats on your weight loss :)

I don't think they would have brown rice. I am Chinese, and we always always eat white rice, it's a habit. As for the chicken and broccoli, it would be stir fried, I don't think it would be steamed.
