Your statement but not your opinion? I think if those who felt this way truly stated, "It is my opinion that this is wrong" it would garner a different reaction than "It is wrong to do this."

Or, you're teaching your teenager that you have the choice to wear a particular costume, and even maybe that you have the maturity to do so and that this is an adult thing (if that's your belief). It is possible to teach a teenager that s/he is a teenager and NOT YET an adult, and therefore would have different guidelines.

Yeah, so I grew up in upstate NY and northern WI and I have to tell you, you do not understand heat until you have lived in Atlanta for ten years. My first shimmer in Atlanta, I thought I would DIE. 80 degrees is not overly hot. 102 degrees with 98 percent humidity is miserable.

I'm not in the Northeast but I think the snow in the DC area today sucks monkey tails. It has forced me to stay in all day instead of running errands because nobody here can drive and there are accidents all over the road.

I'm pretty sure you need ot both change your diet and exercise. If you still eat the same it won't come off as easily.

I still don't get what you're freaked out about. You've lost some weight really quickly. But the healthy way to lose weight is lower pounds. You seem like you're doing things correctly. I would suggest to keep on keeping on and love yourself.

They have lower calorie whole meals. I like the whole wheat French toast that comes with banana and egg substitute.

Umm. I don't know what you like. An apple is about 80- calories, yogurt around 100-150. Low fat cheese stick about 60. Laughing Cow cheese wedge is 35 calories. Veggies are generally fewer. The question is, what do YOU want to eat?

I am sooo not advocating for HCG. That said, it is my understanding that the "point" of the HCG IS to follow the meal plan exactly. (Then again, one tends to lose weight with a very low calorie diet anyway.)

There is calcium in many different foods. And if you don't like cottage cheese, don't eat it.
