Minor set back NovemberJune! My routine WAS to hit the gym and do NROLFW three days a week, along with 20 minutes of HIIT. Then cardio type activities 2 - 3 of the other days. My goals: Short Term #1: Continue to drink 8 cups of water a day more Short Term #2: Keep up the 3 days of lifting and work on incorperating more cardio! Long Term #3: Focus less on the number on the scale and more on the way I feel.

Our photos got postponed by a week. My horse is injured and a vet/ farrier needs to come out and Tuesday is the first available day. At least that gives me a bit more time to work on my waist line.

This topic is dead!! I have been under calories but still gaining. REALLY not happy about it. And now I have to go out for lunch (literally, have to, lunch meeting). I am stressing like crazy because on top of ALL of this, I our engagement photos on Tuesday! AHHHHH!
