They are talking about shopping... I don't count that kind of stuff - walking the stairs at work etc. because that's a part of my daily routine -but if somebody does, that's fine with me, I don't care. There are many people here who have lost many pounds by incorporating a walking program into their daily routine.

Agreed. I've never seen anyone, EVER, say that walking was not exercise.

I think that's part of the Dragon isn't it? I rode the Dragon once, it was a good ride, and I think they said that... I live up in western New York State, there are some great local rides in Pennsylvania in the National Forests!

50 degrees? I'd be out riding in a t shirt! It doesn't look like I'm getting my annual easter morning ride in this year! It's still in the 30's with snow covered roads. I don't do that anymore!
