110% worth it. It has been my lil motivater to keep going and I have lost 6.3 pounds in 3 weeks , it seems to keep me honest about things. Sounds strange but it is my own lil personal trainer to me.

It does and trust me they like optifast are all about keeping calories low 800-1,000 calories, might be okay to jumpstart if you are morbidly obese but for the long run not good for your health.

Is your diary done for today? If so you are not getting enough calories, your body is in starvation mode...just my 2 cents..

I am in love with mine, worth every penny! It has kept me honest and since I had it April 4th I have dropped 3.3 pounds, it keeps me totally motivated and I love all the graphs etc on the website when it sync's and the fact it is compatable with MFP is a total plus!

First he should have been reported, trainers should be there to help you not insult you, don't let a jerk like that get to you. Have you tried Vitatops....they are usually 100 calories and the chocolate and corn bread one's are my fave and they are high in fiber too.

So far we dodged the snow bullet but tomrrow maybe another day to look for it...hate that it forces me inside, I do not like driving in snow and esp no ice...though I do need to make it to work..and good job on the weight loss Laura.

I just stumbled upon this thread and I too have 100 pounds to lose. I have lost some. Then I gained some back and then I left MFP for awhile but now I am back. My ticker says 99 pounds but really it is closer to 105 I want to lose, putting down 100 seem a tad daunting to me. Tracie your stories are of such inspiration.

Zumba is awesome, I can only make one class at the gym I go to due to their Zumba classes so looking to take it somewhere else too, always feel like I get a total body workout and I have fun doing it, too.
