If you can get a hold of any Jillian Michaels dvds then they're great for strength. I just recently started 3 weeks ago or so and feel so much stronger. Good luck on your journey :heart:

I'm currently doing ripped in 30 but along side this i put on another random Jillian dvd after ripped and 1 day last week i put in the 6week 6 pack and donno if it was because it was straight after ripped but i felt it really fast paced. I did finish it but all week have been avoiding putting that one in the dvd player…

You look great :) Personally i dnt think you need much to go with this great outfit, i would wear something gold which would be very dainty around my neck and wrists. Hope you have a great time and those shoes are ace!! :heart:

Ripped in 30 isnt too bad as i'm 3 up too and use this one, there is a wee bit jumping around when she does the skiing type exercise. One i can recommend which ur not jumping around at all is Jillians Yoga dvd which has 2 levels and for days my thighs and *kitten* where like they were on fire, worth a try :heart:

First place i lost weight was my face also then chest and slowing working it's way down, lower tummy last.... Some people have told me they start losing bottom upwards which sounds like you but eventually everywhere gets hit :) Good luck :heart:

Maybe stay at what you're doing now as it's working for you and if/when this stops then up your calories. Trial and error as we know our own bodies best. Good luck on your journey :heart:
