yay thats awesome!!! I havent worked out all week because its march break and i have had 4 kids plus my own 3 all week... i usually go to the gym while everyone is at school, or sometimes at night my oldest will babysit her brothers... but she has been gone all week to a friends cottage.... oh well she comes back tonight…

I have noticed that when I PMS now i am a raving lunatic:laugh: like 30 times moodier than i used to be ... but i also noticed that my periods are lighter and less crampy..... thats the only time i have noticed a mood change...... compared to before i started eating healthy edited because i spell like a 2 year old

hey sorry to hear that ...... I am the mother of a child who was born very premature... 26 weeks gestation.... so i feel for her:brokenheart: a child born at 28 weeks has about a 84%survival rate and at 7.5 months she would be around 30 weeks right? so that is good news:heart: i will be praying for her little one :)

absolutely silly... women need to learn to love their bodies the way they are not by some percentage.. thats the reason i put my percentage which is .76 which is supposeably close to perfect ... yet i need to lose 70 pounds still... its funny...

i dont think they have released EXACTLY what the cause was but there has been some speculation that she probably suffered a blood clot in her brain somewhere ... which explains the time inbetween where she felt "fine"

well from what i read ... the instructor did all the right things ... they brought her down on a sled ... she seemed fine and refused treatment ... then he stayed with her to the hotel and thats where she started complaining she didnt feel well and he called an ambulance... but still i wouldnt want that on my shoulders...…

death by caffine.... there is this website you can put in your weight and your caffine source..(pepsi, coffee, redbull, ect...) and it will tell you how many you can drink before you have a caffine overdose lol i need 73 large timhortons coffees or 183 cans of redbull.... not sure which is really better for me now....…
