It's hard to get off sugar, it's like Crack. Try to wean yourself off of it by reducing the amount. I was eating 2 bags of candy per day :( Now I try to only one serving per day. Don't keep it in the house. Make sure you have to go out of your way to get to any sugar.

Exercise helps with my anxiety. I'm too busy paying attention to my workout to worry about other junk. Right now I'm into running. i love the feel of being able to run for 4 miles because not that long ago I could barely walk a mile.

Use conditioner instead of shampooing everyday.

I'd luv to be a 7 or 8 with a flat stomach. Right now I'm a 10 with a pooch.

Spin classes burn alot of calories but I still prefer running. it's cheap, convenient, and easy.

Don't give up. I see you have small kids. Are you getting enough sleep? If not that will slow down weight lose.

I'm 5'4/151lbs. 1200 is not enough for me. If you don't exercise it may be enough but I do around 1550-1700 calories. I'm losing real slow.

If can I'll run in the morning and in the afternoon or evening do strength training. I wish could do 2adays everyday.
