Keep up the good work. Gels work great for longer runs.. Ran 3 in the pouring rain today.. got 8 tomorrow hope I can get it in.

Formula is BW x .72 = cal burned per mile. I have found this pretty accurate when doing my own comparison of that calculation versus the automatic counters on the treadmills I use. I have also read multiple publications that suggest run/walk speed doesn't matter and you burn roughly the same amount of calories.

Way to go!!. I did the program last March and can say I have run over 600 miles since then including 5ks 10ks and a Half Marathon. Nothing to nervous about, just keep thinking of what you are accomplishing.. No pressure with that program you go at your pace and in the end you can say you can do a 5k. Keep it up and hit me…

Use it all the time. I get sick of running the same routes all the time. I love the elevation feature as well for hill training. Also great for vacations.. Better than mapmyrun since there are no ads.

Running my second half marathon on May 30th. Start my 13 week training last week and averaging 30-31 miles/week. Will be nice to follow others here and see how they progress. Yeah and kick my *kitten* if you see me slacking :)
