I have the same exact issue! It is shrinking though. I took pics and took new ones a month later and what a difference. I'm down 13.5 and if it weren't for taking pics I wouldn't notice. Def take pics to compare to when you think you aren't getting results.. The pics will show your success!

I haven't come across any sprints either. I actually just looked ahead at all of the days on my app and no sprints. Just walking and jogging. So there shouldn't be any issue.

Friday I went way over because we had Chinese for lunch and grilled burgers for dinner but I still did good because of my exercise. I was under on Saturday and did 8 hours of yard work. Sunday I was under but no exercise. Today.. Down 2 lbs.

I'm on week 3 of c25k. My starting weight on this journey was 280.1 but I'm not sure what I was at when I started c25k. I'm now at 269 though. It's tough sometimes but you just have to push through. Do not let your size stop you. You can do this! As you make it through each day you'll feel so good.

How many calories is the cream cheese? I use laughing cow because the cheese spreads are 35 a wedge and the cream cheese wedges are 45 a wedge. My faves are the garlic and herb and the strawberries and cream.

You can enter strength training under cardio as well. That way it will show the calories burned.

my goal.. not to use the scale.. "No weigh May" I'm tired of being discouraged that the scale is not going down but I'm losing inches.. I know it's muscle.. but just don't want to see the scale going up and down and upset myself.

Besides 30 DS I am also doing the c25k program and I walk every day.
