The difference is amazing. And with that workout you earn every inch lost. But I have to say my fave pic was the one with your baby on you. ;) I know it's frustrating b/c I have little ones but sooooo stinkin' cute is that little diapered hiney in the air ;)

Wow! You look great. I'll bet you feel like a million bucks. :)

You are not alone. When I'm frustrated I eat. When I'm bored I eat. When I'm mad I eat.....mine is all related to negative emotions I guess. I'm sorry that people are making it harder to break that cycle. That must be even harder, especially if they are your loved ones and their intentions are (hopefully) good. Just try to…

Great job! Keep up the good work!

You have made some awesome changes! Your abs....yah! I want to point out that it seems as if you are hiding your "love handles" in the before pic and you are ABSOLUTELY not in the after pic! That shows a newfound confidence and pride. Wanna know how I know this?? ;)

Wow! What a difference. :) Great job!

I just had an nsv today too!! Took my kids to a movie and could sit with my knees to my chest!!! My belly must be getting smaller if I can do that again. Also, my pants are not cutting in. Yay!

Wow! What a difference! Great job!

Isn't it frustrating???? I think everyone is right though. Less food (especially those simple carbs!!!!!!) and more burning...and time. Just keep at it. If you've had babies it will most likely never be "the same" again but it can be a new version of fabulous!

Yep. Normal ;) Push-ups...I can still barely do a couple of regular ones. I do the girl ones when I'm doing a video. You are still getting resistance...keep going. And if I can't do the reps that she does I hit rewind until I do them all. It might take me 40 mins instead of 30 but I do it anyways.

isn't that feeling the best?? keep up the work!

superb!!!

great job! the changes are amazing! and i loved your list...because i have experienced many of them.

I haven't read everything but I think the ones where they're dressed in a thong underwear or some such thing is offensive. If it's something that can be worn to the beach-or even a bra-is not tacky. I agree with the whole showing off your work, etc but I don't think it's necessary to show black lace underwear pics.…

You know, in theory I agree with this...but if you had been in a horrible wreck and it disfigured your body-took away what God made you to be-wouldn't you want to fix it to somewhat close to what you once were??? I love my babies and I'm so proud of my body for bearing those babies and nursing them...but I would like to…

I had my first at 24 and my last (#4) at 34. We started trying when I was 19 (married at 18)....while I'm glad it took us a while b/c I was definitely not ready at 19 :/ be careful not to wait too late in case it's hard for you to get pregnant. A good friend of mine is just now starting to try to get pregnant and is having…

Isn't it funny how it takes time for your eyes and brain to catch up?? :) Great job! Keep up the good work! The difference is amazing!

As well you should (feel sexy that is)! Good job-keep up the good work!!!!

Oh my goodness. You look like a million bucks! And I'll bet you feel like it too! Your progress is amazing and inspiring! Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much! What a help. I liked the 1 Cup cooked way to measure. It's so much easier than measuring a circle or whatever. I have a spaghetti holder that measures it out but then I feel like I have to cook mine in a separate pan to keep it honest. I do forget about the turkey thing-but it works well and no one…

Oh soo true! Although I hate the belly fat, etc I consider the facial hair to be my biggest physical nemesis. If I could change one thing about myself (PHYSICALLY) it would be that. It affects so much of my life and my confidence!

Wow! All I could think when I looked at your pics was "the amazing shrinking woman"!!!! You look great. The shred will kick the rest probably-inches, not necessarily pounds.
-
Ugh. Had a whole response typed and bumped something...lost it. :/ Yes!!!!!! I have a definite food addiction and I also try to hide some of my binges. Kind of b/c I'm embarrassed and kind of b/c it seems like I almost think "if no one sees me eat it it won't count" I'm intelligent enough to know that that's not true, but…

I agree no need for embarrassment! I see a lot of difference but especially in your outer thighs I think!? Anyone else see that?
-
I personally lost 4 inches in 10 days. I didn't really keep up with the measurements after that, that was enough to keep me going. LOL Most people don't lose a ton of weight on it (maybe b/c it's building muscle???) but the inches usually show what you're doing. :) Keep at it and you will see results.

Oh my goodness! You look about 16 in your after pictures~! In the best ways! Amazing job and congratulations!

I have to agree with this. I have been married for 17 1/2 years and have made my share of mistakes (one being that I was so young when we got married that I didn't understand respect and would hang out with co-workers that were men). If your husband asks you not to, your marriage counselor (who is a professional I am…

No c/s here but huge belly (my own mom said "I've never seen a bigger pregnant belly"--thanks LOL) babies ranging from 7 lbs 13 oz to 9 lbs 7 oz (and the last one was the 9lb 7 oz and he was THREE WEEKS EARLY!?) I don't know that my belly could ever look as great as the pics I'm seeing here but I'm willing to work hard to…

Yes!!!!!! It is real. My mom ended up with all kinds of problems due to her tubal ligation. I had one scheduled last thanksgiving (2010) but I canceled it because I just couldn't handle the thought of being forever changed. i'm okay with not having more babies (I have 4) but that is some scary stuff. I hope you can find a…

What a motivating success story and an amazing transformation! I love that you focus so much on the building muscle rather than just 'being skinny"-and yet your muscles look feminine too! :)
