Make sure you stretch before and after you run. Icing helps too especially after your run. Freeze some Styrofoam cups with some water to use to ice them you can peel down the cup as the ice melts-rub the shins up and down. Try to avoid the pasta as will add up real quick with your wine, etc. Focus on veggies if served and drink extra water! Plus remember that you need to enjoy yourself once in a while too so if you have to many calories, work out! Good Luck!:wink:
