Thanks everyone, it's great to hear some tips. So far we have a day trip to the Grand Canyon booked, tickets for the Cirque Elvis show and we are planning a vow renewal at The Graceland Chapel :)

Has anyone else noticed that depending on time of day, mood your in, circumstances at that moment in time you can hit numerous phases in one day?

I'm at the "I can have chocolate for every meal as long as I don't go over my calories" phase now. Really not good lol

Amen to everything you have just said! I'm at the" I'm not going to think about it but hope for the best" phase. Not entirely convinced this approach will work, but it's all just so confusing!

Bio oil and Palmers cocoa butter are good for stretch marks. They won't go completely but will reduce the redness. I have some on my tummy from when I was pregnant however they are more like silver in colour in the light- Like a sparkly twilight vampire type :)

I walk pretty much everywhere and also try to do at least 30 mins on the exercise bike per day

I found that when i had rest days, it was harder for me to get going when I started the day after. (I'm not very fit though so it's probably just me). I'm sure you can have rest days if you want to though. I'm not sure how you would track it in exercise though sorry

Hi You need to do the shred every day for 30 days. 10 days of level 1then 10 days of level 2 and then 10 days of level 3 until the 30 days are up. its a great dvd :)
