I can never get mine quite right. Maybe I'll try some of these suggestions.

How come nobody ever asks me where I get my fiber from?

Hi. I am a type one diabetic. I was diagnosed when I was nine. I just hit my 18 year anniversary this last November. I also use a pump. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have. -Jillian

I am a vegan but I don't really use my food diary. Sorry.

Lol. We are totally broke right now. We stock up on lots of beans and seeds and buy fresh veggies and fruit every Friday when I get paid. My husband doesn’t work in the winter so I am trying to support the three of us (20 month old daughter as well). There is a great book called “Eat Vegan on $4 a Day”. But mostly we just…

I ended up switching to just hot water with a cinnamon stick. Maybe try that? I use the same stick all day and just keep the hot water coming.

I'm actually from the Dallas/Ft Worth area but we travel to Austin often for the weekend. I love it down there. If my company still has an opening by May when our lease is up, I will be there too.

See, I don't know what I'm looking for either. I guess I'm just standing at one spot directing runners where to turn. So I would be able to use rain boots and/or a jacket, right?

Any other suggestions?

At the pumpkin patch in October. Guess I need to update?

What about french braids. I love my hair like that and it keeps everything out of my face without using extra clips, pins or bands.

Hello I'm Jillian. I have a 20 month old daughter and work full time (school part time). My husband doesn't work in the winter so it's pretty much just me supporting the three of us and our two crazy Aussies.

Ani's Raw Food Essentials I found it at the Half Price Book store for about $8. Not a bad deal.

I've had it in the teens quite a bit. Sometimes it's not so bad and I can fix it, other times the paramedics are called. I think the most embarrassing thing about the paramedics being called is one of the two guys that ends up treating me is a type one diabetic two. I am so embarrassed when he comes. :embarassed:

I'm so ghetto, I don't have cable. I'm super bummed.

Have you thought about switching Endo? I used to have a doc that I always fought with. We were always knocking heads. But when I switched, I got this super nice lady who never yelled at me. When my numbers were bad or I did something she didn't like, I felt horrible, like I had let her down. Because I valued her opinion…

I was nine when I was diagnosed. Luckily, the only issues I've had so far is Retinopathy. Two years ago I had some damage. I asked the doctor if there was anything I could do to fix it and she said just to keep tight control on my numbers. I did and last year the doctor said there were no signs of it. I don't have another…

It's been several years since I bought that one but I think it was originally about $100 and I had a 20% off coupon.

Sharp sugar spikes are usually related to high GI foods.

The pump works on short acting insulin only. It gives you a small does every hour, much the way a normal person's pancreas does. Then you add a little bit extra right before a meal to compensate for the carbs you eat. You don't have to take any additional shots unless there is a malfunction with the pump (usually insertion…

I ended up hating my Breville. My Jack LaLanne is much more efficient at juicing and so much quieter.

My go-to juice that I have most mornings is 3 large carrot sticks and one gala apple. Super plain but I love it. I also dislike carrots so that is the easiest way for me to "eat them".

Nice reminder.

Yay. Good luck!

I usually end up at Ross or TJ Maxx. Their stuff is really hit or miss but I really like the brand Green Apple when I can find it.
-
I usually end up with oatmeal or a homemade juice.

2013 sounds like it will be awesome for you!
