I am not a morning person, so I exercise at night. I find it helps me sleep much more peacefully at night.

lol. Too funny!

I eat it plain. My husband, however, likes to mash it up and add a bunch of mexican and spicy seasonings. Almost like guacamole, but without the salsa, onions, cilantro and garlic.

This sounds good.

Well, here it goes. ;)

lol. I think so too. I understand if it has some cheese flavor in it, but then I noticed it was in several tortilla chips too.

I don't use vegan meats because I think it's a bit odd to want to taste something that taste like what I have chosen to give up. I usually just sub out meat for eggplant or portabello mushrooms. I also use a lot of beans in my meals.

This is probably a stupid question, but if you juice for every meal, do you bring your juicer to work too? How often do you clean it? I enjoy juicing for breakfast but I can't imagine washing it then, packing it up for work, and starting all over for lunch. Then you would do the same thing for dinner? Or do you have two…

Nope. I won't do it. I've got enough stuff to last me a few weeks at home. I'll go back in February.

Hummus, guacamole and peanut butter are great snack foods. I used to eat that with crackers or veggies when I didn't have customers to be served when I worked in a coffee shop.

I can't really offer advice about your schedule but I might be able to help with food ideas. They make super small crock pots. Can you bring one for work? Maybe leave it in the office or is there a break room? Can you use a cooler to store food? If space is an issue you could leave it in the car. When I've taken road trips…

I like a lot of mine raw. And usually those that I cook, I just put it in the crockpot. I'll add spices but I don't add oils or butters. When we grill out I'll wrap them in cabbage and tin foil.

I eventually found out it is a Nesco. :)

Brush my teeth. I hate eating when I have "that clean feeling" you get from brushing your teeth.

Bell peppers. It doesn't matter how they are served, I love them all. :)
-
lol. cute!

I don't know ALL the facts about both but I choose veggie proteins. There are a lot of high cholesterol issues in my family. It's either medications or diet for me so I chose diet.

I'va always done raw on and off for years. Lately, the weekends are usually all the way raw and the week days are usually two out of the three meals raw and snacks. I don't really know where I am going with being raw but I am certainly enjoying it. I picked up a new book yesterday so I can get some more meal ideas. :)

I had always done yoga through DVD's and Yourself Fitness game up until last week. Last Monday I tried Bikram, which is a heated yoga and it was completely different. Obviously, I was sweating since the room is heated to 105. I really felt more energized afterwards too. Maybe because it was also a group activity or because…

I watch it. I love the outfits and wings. Everytime I watch, I think, "we'll I'm not that far off. Maybe if I tone up some more I can be that for Halloween?" ;) lol. Here is my new motivation for the next 10 months.

I'm going to my first class this afternoon. To be honest, I'm a bit scared. I like the heat so hopefully that won't cause an issue. But I am not flexible, not even a little bit. The website showed all the beginner poses and I might be able to do one. This will definitely be interesting.

I will certainly check this out. :) Thank you!

Eggplant steak. Cut nice. thick slices. Add a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasonings. Throw them on the grill.

DFW checking in again. Feel free to add me. :)

I gave it up a long time ago. But I never liked it in the first place. Good luck!

Nope. My husband does most of the cooking. Sucks for him because apparently he did all the cooking when he was married to his first wife too. ;)

My favorite are is usually split pea soup and veggie tacos. I don't really have a recipe though. For tacos I use (1/2) eggplant, (1) yellow onion, (1) poblano pepper, (1) red bell pepper, (1) yellow bell pepper and lots of fresh garlic. Cut them in thin strips and sautee them. Put them in the shell and add fresh homemade…

There are several vegetarian and vegan groups on here. I would search them. I usually just create something on my own without following a recipe. Or I Google if there is something specific I am looking for. What kind of recipes are you looking for?

bump. Anyone?
