So what do I do if I don't like splenda or sugar. I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Even the honey idea might be too much for me. But without something else it might be too plain.

I'm a preschool teacher. I'm on the move all the time. We aren't like most other day cares. My students transition classrooms every half an hour. I NEVER sit. The food situation is awful though. No outside food so I have to eat the food the kids do. I'm sorry but I cannot survive on smiley fries and mystery meat. :(

I've never washed my bananas and never even thought to. I guess since I'm a preschool teacher and deal with germs all day, the idea of a dirty banana doesn't exactly scare me.

I thought oils and butter were bad. Are sprays any better? Is it still healthy if I use some of those?

I LOVE sweet potatoes. But I'm no help because I'm the opposite of you. I leave mine plain because I want to taste every delicious bite.

Cardio is great for slimming down. But if you don't have the muscle to speed up your metabolism it will take awile to get there. I agree with aes14, add some weights for faster results.

Crabbygirl, that's really funny. My dogs are staring at now. I'm half way tempted. Its always takes me a long to work the grill. Could I use one of the G.Forman ones instead?

Sometimes I just need a break. A day or two off usually helps me. I think about how far I've come and why I'm here in the first place. It usually ends up motivating me to push harder in the gym. Then I'm back on track and the scale moves again.

Right now I'm eating shrimp and pasta and trying to dip it in that sauce. Other times I just close my eyes and try to pretend its a green bean. :( How sad is that?

I didn't give them table food. Except for the fish, everything else was organic. It was made specifically for them.

For cardio, swimming or bike might not quite put as much strain on it.

Have you stretched much today? That usually helps me. Its not a quick fix back to perfect but it does help. I guess something like hot or cold compresses might help too.

We looked into the raw food diet. When I told my fiance about it, he flipped. There is no way he will ever feed them raw meat. I've tried multiple times and ways to convince him to try. It just won't happen. However, we do feed them a premium, high-protein dog food (Wellness Core)
