Interesting that other people have wondered the same thing! If I take my normal calories for that hour into account, the estimates are more similar, so maybe that's the difference! I'll try to go for a middle range I think...

I'm at 151 at the moment, aiming for 140lb as it's 10 stone and I like round numbers!... but maybe more like 9 and a half stone, 130lb eventually :)
