Yeah, if you find it demotivational do as this person does and just don't "complete" your entry. Completing it serves no purpose aside from publishing it on your news feed and giving you the little projection.

You eat addicts? There's probably a law against that...

According to my most frequent foods list, I would be coffee. If we're talking non-beverages, I would be butter.

I practice a roughly 18:6 type of IF (fasting for 18 hours, and eating within a 6 hour window). I do this purely because it is my natural eating habits. I've eaten like this for years and years before even starting to get interested in fitness and health. When I first started on MFP, I bought into the common myths that you…

I'm similar, although for me it is beer or whiskey/gin/vodka rather than wine. I usually have no problem budgeting calories for the liquor itself, but it is, as others have mentioned, the subsequent snacking that really causes me problems. I try to limit my drinking to social drinking, now, and have also tried to get away…

Taking measurements, though incredibly valuable, can be inaccurate, both due to inconsistency in when you measure, and user error. Try measuring again in a few weeks, as your measurements will change depending on your water retention and other factors. Had you worked out strenuously the day before measuring? Muscles will…

I googled "raw for beauty" out of curiosity and got a pop-up ad offering to teach me how to make a man sexually obsessed with me. I'm not sure if that counts as a toxic or detoxing activity.

Also, I'm clearly doomed.

Stalking people on the forums? Why did they have to make it so much more difficult, though? Life was much easier back when you could see peoples' recent posts on their profiles.

I started setting my alarm 45 minutes earlier and doing cardio in the mornings because I was having a hard time fitting everything in. Although the first week of doing that sucked, because I love my sleep, it has really made a difference. I tend to feel more energized at work, and I make better fitness or eating-related…

I pretty much eat a builder's bar per day (though am currently out, sadness). They're my go-to post-work pre-exercise snack, along with a cup of iced coffee. I find that a pretty optimal combo for maximum energy before working out, and they help me meet my protein goals while also satisfying a craving for sweets. Although…

I have had a flex for about a month, and I really enjoy it. However, I ended up unsyncing it from MFP, because I use the TDEE method of calculating calories and I like to post my cardio exercises to my newsfeed. I could not find a good way to really make those things work while still keeping the fitbit synced. Now I just…

Today is apparently enchilada (casserole, though I do have regular type in the freezer, also) day here, although coincidentally. Besides, since there is no day of the week that starts with "e," enchiladas gotta get their lovin' when the opportunity arises. (Side note, but "taco tuesday" now makes me think of Haven. I have…

I was cutting pretty restrictively for maybe a month or so, and although it didn't seem to affect my appetite much I noticed I was feeling much more fatigued; I would start to get sleepy or just feel drained and exhausted by like 3pm. Also, I started to feel lightheaded any time I would bend over. So, yeah, no more of that…

I haven't logged on their app (I don't think I knew they had one, but, duh, of course they do) but I also really love the exercise videos. I find it really helpful to watch the videos several times before lifting, then recording myself doing the exercise, and comparing myself to the BB video to check my form. I also like…

Yup. I currently weigh pretty much the same as I did when I first started getting into fitness like 4 years ago. I do not, however, look the same. And I really enjoy being able to do things like carry in all the groceries in one trip or lift up the corner of the washing machine to wedge it when it starts to shake (I live…

I live alone (thank god) but that doesn't really seem to limit my poor decision-making. If I don't keep trigger foods in the house, that doesn't prevent me from making a specific run to the store or ordering takeout. It really just comes down to willpower and how much I want, say, to see my abs versus how much I want to…

So if you do go see a doctor about all this, maybe not THAT doctor... :D

I do IF, and have had a **** of a time explaining this concept to my coworkers. They're firmly in the "breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you don't eat it your body will slip into starvation mode and you'll DIE" camp, so they are at least 50% convinced that I have the most unhealthy eating habits…

I haven't had this brand, but if you're having a hard time finding it maybe you could try Body Nutrition's Trutein - they have a peanut butter marshmallow cookie flavor that I've had. It's pretty good, though not as good as their chocolate peanut butter cup, imo. Regardless, they do sell samples for $2 a sample. I'm not…

I use an elliptical, not a treadmill, but I watch TV /shrug Usually anything relatively action-y helps distract me and can be motivating to keep up a decent pace. Upbeat music can help, but usually only works for short periods for me. I also do intervals, as someone mentioned.

Summer/Spring: Winter/Fall: Christmas/Holidays: Really, anything by New Glarus Brewing tends to be amazing. And I love dark beer like coffee stouts and porters.
