i made this for dinner last night, it was fantastic!! a little too spicy for my daughters, but my husband and i loved it! i added a little taco seasoning in put fat free sour cream on my whole wheat tortilla w/rice, lettuce & the mixture, FABULOUS!!!

Woke up this morning super sore! I just started the 30 day shred last night, I will be doing the video at night. I was definately sweating by the end of it! What pound weights is everyone using? I didn't have any weights last night, so I just used 2 soup cans, but I think they are only 1 lb each, and I need more than that, I wonder if 5 lbs is too much…
