Yes. More wine. Lots of wine. Works, every time.

When I moved back in with my mom when I was 20, I paid her rent, footed most of the grocery bill, cleaned the house, did her laundry, cleaned out her garage, cooked, rarely asked her to kid-sit (maybe once a week after they were asleep), etc. That being said, yes, I would charge her rent. She lives there, and it wasn't my…

I stare at people like this when they're walking in the middle of the "lane", are veering all over the "lane", refuse to move when I'm approaching on a narrow path and indicate they need to move, they're wearing too much perfume, didn't wear deoderant, I'm bloated, I have a side stich, my stride is off, my knee hurts, I…

I have tried Shakeology, and used it for a month as "they" recommended. I saw no difference in my hunger, energy, sleep, weight, etc. I bought their BodyBugg... and ate according to what it told me. (gained 7# in 2 months, haven't used it since) Currently I'm doing a few of the p90x workouts put out by BeachBody, same…

I prefer to eat my calories - because I don't like juice, smoothies are weird to me, and I think protein shakes are boring. ... But that's me. I have tried Shakeology, and thought it wasn't worth the price, and it gives some people wicked stinky gas, even when eating healthy otherwise.

^this^ And as my Darling says, (paraphrased) "It's the looks that attract, but the heart and mind that nourishes the soul."

A lot of the fashion these days makes me want to vomit. Especially when people aren't dressing for their body type or age. I'm with the women finding it difficult to purchase new clothes in their preferred style... So I do what I can with hand-me-downs and clothes my mom bought for me (she loves me, and Kohl's clearance…

Sometimes there is no other reason. Dehydrated? Nope, drank 100oz. Lacking minerals? Nope, anticipated TOM and made it a point to take my supplements. Poor eating? Nope, stocked up on produce, ditched the crap. Not enough exercise? Nope, ran 10miles. Not enough sleep? Nope, got 6-7hours plus a nap. Stressed? Nope, things…

when I PMS... No food is safe. Especially when I'm training for an event. And that's even drinking 100+ oz water a day.

It IS possible to tattoo your eye, with how creepy that sounds. I saw it on a prison documentary - it's not uncommon and sets them apart from the rest. Maybe it makes them more of a "bad-@ss" to have their EYE tatted?

Looks like my ex husband.

A couple times after an emotional run or weights session; usually when I hit the wall, keep going, and literally give everything.

He has a short memory, so doesn't remember if I have offended him - AND we get to make new memories All the time! YAY! When I remind him of this or that, he gets this sweet look on his face as I describe the various things. He cuddles me EVERY morning before he gets out of bed, complete with 2 alarms. One to actually wake…

So many... He has been at the finish line of every races have run since we met. He encourages me to run/cycle/lift. We started p90x on Monday, and he lavishes me with praise and kisses and @ss grabs. If I am hurting, he goes out of his way to take care of it (wrapping my ankle, warming up the heating pad for my back,…

Buy a journal and jot down your feelings (or random sentences) throughout the day. You could also write down how you feel before you eat. Forcing yourself to put it in to words you're not sharing with anyone else will help you find out why. Repeat after me: I can only control myself. I cannot control others. Are you…

I was a military spouse for 8 years, and was the ombudsman (in charge of the crew's families) for one of those years. My opinion? Wait. He can go to legal and draw up some papers and have you named as his beneficiary, executor of his stuff, make legal choices for him "just in case" etc. He came move out on town, now, and…

[more likely than not abut to get ripped a new one on the forums] I have been out of control before, lost my temper before, and said/done things as a parent that I am super not proud of. A lot of things changed when my divorce started a couple years ago... And one of them that I knew was necessary was cutting as many curse…

My anemia flares and I'm forced to take my iron pills because it's obvious... I get called out for my freezing fingers, purplish blue lips, I'm sluggish, and even though it's 80degrees, I'm wearing 3 sweaters! Btw, some of these are hilarious! Making me feel more normal.

On my wa to Costco to grab more salted in-shell peanuts and red wine... I saw 2 stray dogs limping across the street together. Totally stopped my van, jumped out, ready to cry over them and save them from the world. They quickly limped away, I choked back tears. Saw them on my way home and stopped again, this time I…

You look so beautiful and healthy now!

I try to be kind about it... I send him a text before he leaves work saying something along the lines of, "I'm very snarky today, and kind of want to kick people off cliffs. Rocky cliffs. Where no one would find them." All my wit is dark, mean, and kinda scary. I cry the day before, too. It's embarrassing to come in after…

Ended out doing peanuts with chocolate, almonds and chocolate, and the strawberry preserves and chocolate (felt guilty for no fruit, Lol!) They're in the oven now, melting the chocolate... Yay!
-
Can I use peanut butter instead, and adjust the flour appropriately? Maybe add some strawberries and bananas to it, too? Alright, I'm going to have to try this.

Find what you love and do it. I love running, cycling, and lifting. I don't worry too much about my macros, but aim for good protein and healthy carbs. And I don't worry about doing any of these things to the point of the actual "sport" killing me since we all began to die the moment our hearts started beating. Now, the…

Him: "Why don't you move in with me?" Me: "That's like marriage to me." Him: "We'll then, I respectfully rescind my offer." Me: "I understand, of course." <2weeks later> Him: "Why don't you move in with me?" Me: "I require a ring as an outward sign of an inward commitment. I will, of course, reciprocate." Him: "I have a…
