Day 1 and 2 (or until you're ready) -Start it up. Rest of that and next two weeks-Ramp it up. Last 3 weeks-Ramp it up. Good luck! I finally completed it last week!

I work 9-5. Power walk 20 min. on my lunches. I considered myself sedentary because 8 hours is a long time with no REAL activity. I log my lunch walks and my workouts as extra. So I'd do that with your fitness class as well... :)

Wow! It must be personal to each individual. I have tried diff. times of day to weigh myself as well, and I find that I weigh least in the AM, AFTER my workout. Before-more Afternoon-more Night-even more But right after that workout.. HAPPY SPACE!! :)

I wouldn't. I sweat too much to leave the clothes on. Even after its dried, I am aware that there is a thin layer of dried up sweat (waste) on me... Having said that, I would probably do everything you do but leave the house. I would do housestuff, but I'd have to jump in the shower before I leave. :)

I just wrote about this yesterday...I started at 215 and I'm 202 now...and I see a diff. in my waist, but not much else. My clothes are looser, but through my eyes....there's not much diff.

I cheat regularly as well. I dont really consider it a cheat though... I just indulge in foods that are probably more harmful towards my goals than not. (shrugs!) eh! it happens. I fear that if I dont eat what I want...that there is one big BINGE with my name on it. :)

I imagine myself to be at my goal. (I am FAAAAR from it) but doing this in my mind makes it easier for me to make better choices. I eat for the body I want, not the one I have. :) Also I just keep going. No matter the slip up, I regroup and begin again. A couple of bad choices doesnt have to be a downwards spiral.
