I do, and my weight loss (or lack thereof reflects that) When I eat clean and have a cheat moment, as opposed to having a cheat weekend, I actually lose weight...and regularly. Sigh.

My current go-to is sauteed frozen mixed veggies. I don't just buy the mixes, which are always too sparse for me. I get the frozen spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, regular mushrooms and frozen shrimp or fish and sautee them in the skillet w ith olive oil and garlic. I don't mind having them every once in a while. Matter of fact, just yesterday I sauteed half a potato in with my mixed veggies! Its a way to get the potato fix and with half the calories. :)

Also try a multi-vitamin. When your body is missing vital micro nutrients it will stimulate you to still intake food in an effort to get what it needs. So even if full, you may be malnourished and your beautiful body is letting you know by continuing to 'need' food intake.

I eat lots of frozen veggies. I sautee them with olive oil and big chunks of garlic and I can eat like two cups of it to bulk up the amount of food that I eat without bulking up my caloric intake. Good luck!

Well, I am on and off the wagon so I'm learning that while moderation is definitely the goal, some foods I MUST restrict until I gain greater control over myself. Luckily, I really DO like most of the foods that I eat and when I eat in a balanced way, my cravings are controllable with simple logic.
