Perhaps its a detox symptom. If prior to this diet, you ate crap and stopped suddenly, you may experience 'side effects' as your body moves these offenders out of your system. It should pass soon.

Yes!! You dont eat regularly enough for your body to want to release the extra reserves. It probably is terrified to only get fuel once a day... its in mainteance mode!!! Preserve the reserves! :) Good luck!

Yes I have went through this. I didnt lose weight for two weeks one time, but after taking pictures, I could see that I had a waistline, which I did not have before! So the scale is just a guide. The proof is in inches and the way my clothes fit...which is also MUCH looser!
