I work in insurance and it is because of insurance and liability issues. They could lose their insurance if something happened while he was working out or on the floor and it would be very hard for them to obtain insurance elsewhere.

Try wall push-ups. I had a Trainer for 3 months and could not do one push up when I first started. So he modified for me and had me do wall push ups. I can now do push ups the normal way but it took me a while to get there.

i saw it. There are movies that in my opinion are for the movie theatre and there are movies that should be watched on DVD when they come out. This was one such movie in my opinion that should be watched on DVD when it comes out. It is a prequel to the original. Not a bad movie but not a great movie either.

My personal opinion only...You aren't eating enough calories. 1200 is the bare minimum and with all the exercise you are doing....... I exercise 3-4 x's a week doing what is called metabolic resistance training. I stick around 1200 but not under. I would really try adding more calories.

I drink a whey protein shake every morning for breakfast. I have not tried the EAS, but I have not had a problem with "bulking up" due to drinking whey protein. I am losing weight and toning up in all the right places though!

Not sure if you have as a friend "gooteek " but he is always putting his shake recipes on his profile and from what I can tell he is tries something different every day. He has some pretty good ones and I have tried one or 2. He uses Shakeology but you can us any protein powder.
