  • I'm planning on camping sometime soon and will be roughing it. i don't want to lug food around that needs to stay cool. I'll have my backpack and anything that will fit into...and thats it! any suggestions for meals that i don't necessarily have to cook and/or refrigerate?
  • Sorry, I don't have the link, but I read on Women's Health Magazine website that you should only run on the ball of your foot if you're sprinting. Otherwise, run by putting your heel down first. I'm not a runner, so I don't know anything about it, just thought I'd throw that out there.
  • I started to get some low cal ice cream on stick things at the store yesterday. I walked away and said to myself, "I'll think about it for a while before i give in."   • It's usually freezing in my office as well, but my coworker and I's office has its own thermostat! We got lucky, but when someone else walks in, they complain about it being hot. We like it toasty, no matter what time of year it is!
