Hi - sounds very similar situation to me, sitting at a desk all day does not help. Feel free to add me. I have a family and cook most things from scratch - I use my slow cooker a lot, makes cheap cuts of meat really tender and tasty!

I agree with the comments above, sounds like you are not eating enough and your body has gone into starvation mode. Eat more calories, but try eating healthy at the same time, balance your meals. good luck! x

I have had my legs and bikini line waxed for years, now do it my self using the wax strips, they are so easy to use! Did get my under arms wax, but that is really really really really painfull, tried to it myselft once and never tried again! I also have a epilator which I use, not messy, hurts a bit, but so much easier.…

have you considered a protein drink for breakfast? with a handful of nuts. I use Promax Strawberry flavour, it can be mixed with milk or water.

I drink green tea, but prefer the flavoured ones, Lemon green tea is the best. I do find that it helps with weight loss, but not sure if its just the fact that I am drinking more. It is certainly worth a go. I does not taste like black tea at all. Herbal teas are good as well!

Hi yes I an be quite fiesty at times! LOL Good luck with losing 10lb! I would be happy just to keep losing at the moment, I do well for a couple of weeks and then put it back on again. Feeling like a yoyo!

Hi I am doing Slimming World and keeping a check on how many calories I eat. Seem to lose more doing high protein and low carbs though.
