  • Popcorn is one of my favorites snacks it has also been lunch or dinner on days that I am not real hungry or am home alone. I try to eat the 100 calorie bags.

  • I used to have the same problem. My first two days were usually spent in the bed, several times the only relief I could find was Motrin and a heating pad. They ended up doing a hysterectomy last year and found endrometriosis. Hope you can find something to help.
  • I am a very picky eater too especially when it comes to fruits and veggies. I am getting better with eating more veggies especially in a salad. Still struggling with fruits.
  • Welcome - friend request on the way. The support I receive here keeps me motivated.
  • mild Italian sausage and baked potato cooked on the grill
  • Welcome - I am looking for the same thing - feel free to add me.
  • When I was on weight watchers, they told me that Crystal Light counted as water. I don't know if it is the same here or not.
  • Hello and welcome - feel free to add me.
  • Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I do have a blender and have been telling my husband things he will need to get me from the store. I had my bottom ones removed over 20 years ago. I don't remember how much pain I was in then, at that age, I probably was not bothered by the pain:-)
  • I have one but have not used it yet. Now I won't be able to eat popcorn for at least 6 weeks - having my wisdom teeth removed.
  • I fought problems for 3 years. The doctor kept telling me it was something else when all along it was my gall bladder. By the time I had surgery, I did not have one left, it had turned to muss. Stay away from greasy and spicy foods. Also be careful of the same things right after surgery and stay close to a bathroom. I was…
  • Me too. I am on here at lunch and back on when I get home. I feel like my day is not complete if I do not come on here. I love this site and am so glad I asked my co-worker what she was doing to lose weight. I will be having my wisdom teeth removed on Friday but will go on before my appt since I don't know if I will be up…
  • I had lost weight a couple of years ago and got down to size 4. I am 5'4 and at the time was 141 lbs. I know a lady who weighed less than I did and she was wearing size 8.
  • Welcome - hope you love as much as I do. This is an awesome site
  • Welcome and good luck. I love this site. I am so glad I asked my co worker about this.
  • I am trying but some days are harder than others. I have tried to start limiting myself to 2 at the most. Weekends are the worst for me. I don't like coffee or tea so Diet Coke is my coffee. My sister gave up all sodas over 20 years ago, I wish I could. I was able to give them up for Lent last year. It was not that hard…
  • I count crystal light and any of the sugar free mix ins as water. When I did Weight Watchers they said we can count those as water. I also saw an article online that said skim milk can be counted as water.
  • Welcome: Sunday was my 6th week and I have lost 11.2 pounds. I did not make many changes. I am exercising more, drinking more water and making better choices in what I eat. I am not depriving myself of what I eat. If I have a bad day, I don't let it get me down. I love My Fitness Pal and am so glad I decided to join. I…
  • It is a lifestyle change. I used to work with a lady who always made comments about me being on a diet when I was on Weight Watchers. I ended up putting up a sign on my cubicle wall that said "Weight Watchers is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change". Unless someone has been on a journey like this, they just don't…
  • Me too but I am getting better. I like both Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. Trying to limit myself to one first thing in the morning (I don't like coffee or tea) and one with dinner. Weekends are usually worse. I drink water, Crystal Light and any other sugar free mix ins.
  • Welcome. I love this site. There is alot of support from others here. I did Weight Watchers in the past and had success with that but put everything plus some back on. I am enjoying this site much more than WW and find myself more accountable. This helps me to make better choices and I do not deprive myself of anything I…
  • I have also seen others here and am getting ready to go read your blog.
  • Welcome - I have been here for 5 weeks and just the short time has made a change in my life. I have done Weight Watchers and lost 52 pounds only to put it back on plus some. I find myself more accountable than when I did WW. I love MFP, the support from everyone is great.

  • Don't let it get to you - I know easier said than done. Men do lose weight quicker than women. My husband lost 30 pounds in a month and really did not make different changes than I did.
  • I am getting mine removed next month and was wondering what suggestions anyone would have. Mashed potatoes would probably be another choice.
  • Congratulations - you are a real inspiration
  • I would think it would be ok as long as you don't have a big heavy meal. As far as the cereal, it works for my husband. If he has cereal or drinks a glass of milk, he can go right to sleep.
  • I try not to drink my calories. I find it harder for myself to burn but each person is different. I love Mike's Hard Lemonade and have switched to the light ones - I think they are 100 calories and I cannot tell a difference. Also if I want a light workout, I pop a Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVD in and do either the one…
  • Good for you. I try to avoid as much fast food as possible. I find that McD's will make me sick now if I try to eat it, especially the sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle which was my favorite thing to get for breakfast. The burgers are starting to make me sick as well. I have to pass McD's, Burger King and Arby's all right…
  • You can do this. I said before I went from toddler size to immediately size 14. I don't remember any sizes in between. I have also struggled with losing weight. I did lose 52 pounds a few years ago doing Weight Watchers, but slacked off and gained it all back, plus some. I used the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home videos which…
