I was in the same place before a friend introduced me to this website! I've changed my eating and fitness habits and feel better and look better than I have in a long time! Good luck and I hope you have success with this! Feel free to add me if you want a little extra online support!

For breakfast I usually have a Fruit & Yogurt parfait, $1 at McDonald's, or 1-2 packages of instant oatmeal, and black coffee. For lunch, I generally have Smart Ones or Healthy Choice Steamer, they're really pretty decent and have lots of different types.

Great post! I just started jogging and feel exactly the same way! Hard at first and felt silly, but less than 3 weeks later have already noticed a huge change in my strength and ability to go further, longer! Proud of me, proud of you, and proud of everyone else working so hard!

I have "wide" feet and have always been very comfortable in Adidas...though a few months ago I got a pair of Ryka running shoes and I like them a lot...

I did W1D1 this morning and was completely shocked! I have never been a runner and I made it through without feeling like I was going to absolutely die! I have more confidence that this is actually an attainable goal now!

I get a group of friends (including our kids) and we all go to the Japanese steakhouse! I eat as much of whatever I want, including a few cold beers, and enjoy life! Have agreat birthday and remember, calories and exercise are abso out the window!

I have a 32 oz unsweetened tea from Sonic just about every day, and I figure if don't meet my "actual water" total, I've had at least half in tea!

I did it once and never returned! HOWEVER, I have two friends that stuck with it, even after Day 1, and SWEAR that after a week they didn't hurt any more, and that it works!
