Is it just me or does anybody else have knee and quad soreness after doing Plyo? I do this workout on a carpet and still manage to be sore after....

Tomorrow starts my recovery week. Day 13/90, kenpo, was done last night, another sweat filled workout. I'm so looking forward to a rest day today. If it doesn't rain to hard today I may go for a light run tonight. Everyone have an awesome weekend!

Day #6 (Kenpo X) is done. I actually enjoyed this workout a lot. Tomorrow I'll rest and do a light run...Stay motivated all!!!

Never heard of Synta-6 but I'm sure any good quality protein will do just fine.

Day #5 (legs, back, ab ripper) is done, not as sore today as before, not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing. Looking forward to day 6.

Well Day #4 Yoga officially kicked my butt! I couldn't make it all the way through, stopped at about 3/4 mark. I've never done yoga before and knew that this was going to be a challenge. My balance was waaaaayyyy off and just didn't have the stamina to keep up....Oh well looking forward to day #5.

Did Plyo x yesterday with some modified moves and now I'm sore all over...looking forward to shoulders and arms today.

Finished day #1 today (chest/back) and can't wait for day 2. I managed to keep up pretty well until ab ripper x. I wasn't able to do many of the excercises so I do hope it gets better as I keep attempting to do it. Keep pressing play.

Stick with it, it will get easier as your body builds strength and stamina. I just started and had to do week 1 twice because I was so out of shape. Now on week two it seams to be getting easier. Good luck and keep pushin.
