LOVE the skinnytaste.com website! My favorite so far is the crock pot Santa Fe chicken. Whole family loves it, and that's saying something! And so easy.

I think tonight is going to be easy: Jenni-O turkey burgers, served on a 100 calories sandwich round with all the veggie fixins for the burger. Side of cottage cheese might be good. I like to use Free 1000 Island from Kraft on my burger: tastes like McDonald's special sauce. :wink:
