Ok, so day one and I'm doing pretty good. 1. Drank 4 glasses of water today. - That's up from 0-1 a day. 2. Zumba Wii was done first thing this morning. 3. I have logged everything I have put in my mouth today. If I keep this up....I'll be back on track and to where I want to be in no time.
