I just did a "boot camp" workout for the first time last night. I really enjoyed it. The instructor was in the military for 20 years and so the gym is about as masculine as you can imagine. I love Indian food, too. The rice and naan (bread) are delicious but too much carbs for me. I would recommend sticking with meats and vegetables-- chicken and goat are favorites of mine. I also love the dishes with potatoes, but again a little goes a long way. You can ask the server to make sure your food is cooked mild.
