I suffer with knee pain but Zumba doesn't cause any probs at all, I go to at least 3 classes a week. I power walk & Zumba on alternate days. Hi, this is my third week. I started tracking food on my phone in May but only looked up this site recently. It's helped so much in so many ways. Keeps me so switched on & motivated. Getting back to the old 'me' again & lovin it. Add me if you'd like a supportive friend. :smile:

I'd go for the chili con carne, but ask them for a jacket potato instead of rice. If you spoon the chili over the spud you won't need sour cream or butter in it. Enjoy it & ramp up the cardio to make up for it if you do over indulge. :drinker:

A small handful of nuts & seeds is good & release energy slowly, love pumpkin & sunflower, you could also add a few acai berries. Mini bananas, slice of turkey or an egg white omelette. :happy:

Count me in please. I've only got with the program today, really, really want to lose at least 3 stone by Christmas as I'm getting married (only just decided). This will be a great motivator for me, I'll be right with you all the way. :smile:
