My husband says that since he weighs 186 (6'' tall) no the neck doesnt count but if he weight over 201 then the measure his neck and waist and do a calculation to see what his body fat is. And if its over a certian percent you fail...

I am not weight training yet. I am starting the 30 day shred and am worried because on days I run and exercise I have trouble waking up with my baby. She is 2 months old. So yeah I am having similar issues. I think we just have to keep up the exercise and our bodies will adjust.

I am consuming 1700 calories. I have only been doing it for about 2 1/2 weeks and have lost 3.6 pounds so far. I think the breast feeding makes my body hold onto the weight because I do alot of walking/cardio. I nurse about every 3 hours!!

Im breast feeding too. My nutrion doctor told me to consume 2000 calories a day. Jenny Craig said 1700. Anything under 1700 while breastfeeding can send your body into starvation mode causing your body to hold onto fat and you not to lose weight. You burn alot of calories breast feeding. I take a prenatal vitamin which is probably like your multi one. Iron and vitamin C. All prescribed by my doctor. And you should be getting enough as long as you are eating right.

I think I am going to do the couch to 5k one then. Because right now the other one has me running 1.5 miles to start out and its really really hard for me. Plus I am pushing a stroller (does that make it harder?) I just really want to be able to do the 5k.

I weigh every day too but its not accurate and its hard for me to read LOL I get weighed every wednesday at Jenny Craig....

I am having problems with my feet as well. Maybe since everyone is saying a bigger shoe size thats what I will do.

I have felt nauseous before in the mornings (I am not pregnant either). Its like I feel so hungry that I want to throw up. I found that if you drink water first then that helps, Or if you keep water by your bedside that can also help.

I try very very hard to meet my calorie goal but am always under... I eat three meals a day + snacks.

3oz is about the size of a deck of cards.... your meats and starches should be about that size. I don't have a scale LOL most things say how big they are on the package. Your you can just geuss.

Well I just saw a diet specialist the other day and she said that you should only have 3-4 oz of meat with each meal. And about the same with your startches/carbs (one piece of bread is a serving). Mine are not close to being as big as yours but they are really big. I lately have been finding bras very uncomfrotable (I am breastfeeding). I hope you find a good bra.. I am still in search for mine!

My doctor is the one who showed me this website, and she recomended that I didn't eat back all of my exercise calories. But that I make sure my calories are no lower than 1700 because I am breastfeeding.
