I'd say keep on with it. I was on day 17 and injured my wrist (not from exercise) and had just over 2 weeks off then started again counting it as day 18. Those missing days would bug me if I did it from day 1 again and you've only had a few days and rest days are good for you too.

Sometimes a Freddo does the trick too but most of the time it's not quite enough for me One other thing I used to do was have a buddy - so you get a twix or twirl or similar and have a stick each.

I get Alpro soya desserts. They're £1 for 4 at Tesco at the moment. They're vegan and contain soya protein and a pot is nice and takes the edge off but not so nice that I'd have 4 pots in one go. Yeah they are a bit boring to buy. You need variety for your mind and body. Are there any classes near you? A good teacher will help you modify poses if needs be.

Yoga or pilates? I'm on day 11 - it gets easier but I know what you mean. First few days I had to pause the DVD for a lie on the floor and a little sob. Now I can do level one without stopping. Keep at it!!!!

Have you tried all dried fruit? I used to say I didn't like it but I tried more different types and really like dried pineapple, mango and cherries. Berries. I have Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. About 100g of each and I sometimes top with a few chopped nuts - about 10g that I get from the baking section. Or I might have about 50g of granola but that is quite high cal so it's less often. It's like eating pudding. :)
