  • I've been doing ok with them - I need to get around to getting some proper weights. They are a little awkward but not too heavy so I'm doing alright :)

  • I'm on day 3 but I'm going to stay with a friend on Thursday so I'll have to skip Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I'll be on day 6 on Monday. It's a bit of a killer but I'm feeling improvement in my upper arms and thighs. I'm vegetarian so I'm trying to get as much protein as possible while I do it too.

  • I'm a veggie and I always take Flaxseed capsules. They're like the equivalent of fish oil - they contain omega 3, 6 and 9.
