Doing great today. I actually did get up early and get my exercise in! I have also drank my water today. I am happy we are getting back to the basics. I think I needed this after this past week. Now, did I miss the link to the new spread sheet? or will we using the same one?

Sorry to be so late posting this. It was a horrible day at work. UGH! I wanted to come home and exercise but I just could not make this happen this eve. So I have everything ready to go for my 5am work out tomorrow! I find it best if I get up early and exercise and get it over with so to speak. I think I have a better idea…

Weigh in today at 157.6. This is a gain for me this week! UGH! :frown: But I think it's been this weekend of events/food. Enough with the excuses. Congrats to those that have lost weight this week. I have been doing a walk/run on my own. But keep saying I am going to start this. It looks like I can start at a speed that I am comfortable with. I think that is why I keep procrastinating.

Going to try this. I usually eat it with tuna and fresh tomatoes. Or with peaches! I also use a half cup of cottage cheese mixed with small amount of my favorite salad dressing in my salads. I feel this stretches out the flavor in salad dressing without as many calories.
