It was suggested to me once to try carrots and broccoli in my Oatmeal. I must admit I have never tried that, just can't do that for breakfast or a snack. I have added all kinds of spices.

You will have absolutely no problems. We were there this past Spring for several weeks. We ate everything we wanted and walked everywhere. When there were stairs to climb we climbed them. We actually lost some weight. This is a trip of a life time. Enjoy and work extra hard when you return! Have fun!!!!!! :)

I try to weigh just twice a week. I started out with just weighing on Fridays when I first started MFP. Then I joined a challenge and our weigh in days are Mondays. So I was weighing twice a week but one of this weeks challenges was to not to weigh again until Monday.

OMG!!!!! That's my very favorite snack! I absolutely will not eat fresh fruit cold! Apples, Oranges, Nectarines, plums, grapes etc... must be room tempature! Orange Juice with pulp is horrible! Won't drink it!

I am struggling today with the water intake. Ugh! But there's still time. I will push myself. I do find that I am wanting more to drink with this increased amount of water. I also seem to sweat more during my work out. Anyone else notice this?
