No change in my weight. 156.2 It has been a really tough couple of weeks at work. Then a family member passed away and now a friends father passed unexpectedly. A lot going on and not very much exercise. I am just happy no gain! Looking forward to better times.

Sorry I thought I had posted each week. I am the same as last week 156.2. Tought week but I had started out so strong. The weather is getting cooler and that really bums me out. I weighed myself this am and it was not good. Up! :mad: I would like to blame it on weighing after exercising this am. But it is my own fault. My weight is not good. Not surprising considering what I have consumed! 158.2 I finally got back into getting up at 5 and doing some sort of exercise. I will get these added pounds off!

Did a lot of cleaning out yesterday. Today is another day and it is football season and our teams play today. I say teams because my husband has 2 teams that he never gives up on. Anyway, the big decision is what snacks/food to have while the games are on. I would be ok without snack but family/friends are coming over.…

Ooops! Slow to report but my weight this week 156.0. Very slow loss! I really need to focus and get support. Ok, next week will be better. (I think I keep saying this! Ugh!)

Weighing in this week at 156.0. I am glad it's a loss but I need to re-focus if I am going to meet my goal weight. I tried watching my carbs but I like them so much. I had previously cut back on them before joining MFP. Congrats! to all those who lost this week!!!
