In the past I have eaten a whole bag of Milano cookies with a side of Cheetos and a bottle of Cola. 2 crispy fish tacos with 2 caramel cheesecake bites and fried jalapeno rings from Del Taco. A value meal from Mc.D's with a double cheeseburger or McChicken on the side. Possibly a pie or sundae. ;;>_>

I think I'm doing a little better. 6 cups of tea so far. :D I've noticed that I tend to not drink anything (other than some coffee) during the day. I'm trying to get out of it, but it's a long time habit that I picked up since I never had time to use the restroom while working. >.<;;

I LOVE adding fruit and/or nuts to my salad. Apples, pears, mandarin oranges... all great! I don't usually eat salad dressing so I can get away with adding a few nuts in too. :3 I also tend to put more 'other' veggies (like bell peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms etc..) than I do lettuce.
