I work out 5 days a week and my workout is about 1 hour and 30 minutes long. I do roughly 50-60 minutes of cardio,30 minutes on the elliptical and a 20-30 minute run. I use the ballerina bar to stretch my legs, I guess if I am thinking like a guy it is a nice view but I have had my butt slapped a couple times when I am stretching. I am not playing basketball, lol.

Yes, I take the gummy vitamins...Please don't laugh haha. I have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and migraines. With just those two issues I take quite a bit of meds, well to me, so I choose to do the gummy vitamins because it doesn't upset my stomach plus I remember to take them and want to because they are so good.
