Yep, IBS. I have that as well.. I really need to watch what I eat and deal with my stress. If I don't go to the bathroom for days then I know it is coming. But really diet makes all the difference.

Honestly, when I lost a bunch a weight awhile ago I was happy that I lost it but if you just focus on the outside it never fulfills you. My goal this time is health and balance, then weightloss :)
