BUMP! My boyfriend and I are on different schedules (day and night shifts) so I really don't want to bother with cooking for only one person twice a day. We're getting sick of the microwave too.
-
It's not a huge change but definitely different. You're looking more toned. And as someone else said, stomach and thighs are slimmer. Don't give up!

 bahahahha!

How did you know I've been craving Oreos and milk ALL DAY??

When a professor says we only have 5 problems tonight. But each one has 6 parts. People who don't bag their leaky meat packages before going through line. People who don't use their turn signals. (I'm a little bit of a hypocrite on this one but it's because mine keep burning out. It's an electrical problem with the car.)…

That's awesome! I'm hoping that happens to me too. I've been putting off ordering my bridesmaid dress because I didn't like the size I'd have to get. You're success has inspired me!

I was actually partially referring to Moonblood's comment. She said a cashier commented and was rude because she was buying a lot of meat. But you understand my point. If it's properly sealed, please don't make more plastic waste than necessary. I agree with that. There are the opposite people who put every single thing in…

I do have one pet peeve. (Only mentioning because of someone else's comment.) It's leaky meat. I don't care if you want to buy the whole store's supply of meat, that doesn't bother me. It's when a customer brings up a packet of chicken meat that isn't completely sealed and its juices are getting all over everything. I mean…

Wow, as a cashier, I don't know what she was thinking and that was just plain rude. I'd complain. I'm sick of rude cashiers making us all look bad. As for commenting on people's items? Yes, I do that. But it's because it's something I've never seen before, would like to try, or have tried and love. And anything that hints…

I'm noticing a trend here.

bump. I'm confused on this topic too. I wanted to start drinking shakes because I never consume much protein. But i was told drinking those I'll get "fat as f***". They fit within my calorie intake so I don't see the problem.

SW: 166 CW: 157 GW: 135-140 I'm not sure yet. I would just love to be under 150 for now. I got so close and then ruined it over Christmas break. I think much lower than 140 would be too difficult for me to maintain. But it's been so long since I was that weight that I don't know.

I've been on it for about a year. I gained weight because I started living with my boyfriend and eating crap. I hate the other side effects of depo. But it's the most convenient form for me because I did NOT react well with pills. Mood swings like you've never heard of. Anyways, I haven't had trouble losing the weight when…

You are amazing and so inspiring! Thank you for sharing with us and happy anniversary!

Tiny indulgences and portion control. I've heard you actually use more calories around that time so maybe you can afford to go a little over. Or it you're totally against that try isolating what you're craving and satisfy it in another way. For example, several of thosee include sugar. So, maybe some fruit or jello will…

Studies show that coffee can lower your chances of diabetes and depression. So, I don't see the harm in it (if you're not allergic or addicted.) It's near impossible to avoid caffeine all together, which I'm sure you've noticed. If you want an energy pick up, I would suggest vitamins designed for this purpose. As for…

First look at what you are eating. There could be simple things you could cut out like pop, candy, and fast food. If you've already done that, go for fruits and veggies. They are usually low calories and high fiber. Fiber and protein fill you up and burn longer. But beware of peanut butter. Popcorn might help while you're…

Yummy :) What are the other stats on this? Like how many calories?

I'm still working on getting to that healthy stage. But when I do, I'll be strutting EVERYWHERE. I'll drive places just so people can look and be jealous. I might even unblock my ex so I'll pop up on his Facebook and he can see what he missed. The confidence and pride to be able to strut is a major motivation for me.

I think they're referring to this: http://www.amazon.com/Knox-Original-32-Count-Envelopes-Unflavored/dp/B001EPQTD2/ref=sr_1_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1329791027&sr=1-2 I'm sure you could pick it up at a local grocery but this at least gives you an idea what you're looking for. Try the baking section.

I hate eggs. And did you post this question so you could get ideas or just critic everyone else's?
-
bump. I need breakfast ideas. I get extremely sick if I don't eat but I'm burnt out on oatmeal and don't want to do drive-thru. Smoothies sound like a good idea for before class. Recently, I've been making tuna sandwiches with some sort of fruit on the side.

BUMP!!!! Does this work with brownies? If so, please message me. (I'm bad about not return to topics.)

It will probably be "Hold On" by Michael Buble.

Yeah, don't eat the sauces. They make you want to cry. So, yeah yeah fast food is bad but some of us depend on it at times. Here's my very unexpert two cents. Taco bell now has a "fresca" (fresh) line of tacos that are lower in calories. Stay away from the cheese sauce and refried beans. Subway isn't bad, especially if you…
