Think back to what you ate before working out...this happens to me occasionally...and it's always if I don't eat enough before working out...could be your body just didn't have enough fuel for your workout - even though you are used to doing this workout.

I measured my upper arms today...and they've shrunk considerably - like 6 to 8 inches smaller! :)

I love it. We usually use it with a veggie stir fry. I like to put some flavor in while its cooking (teriyaki sauce or different meat rub flavorings). This gives us some variety...especially since we use the quinoa as a cheap meat substitute (12 servings of quinoa costs the same as 1.5 servings of meat).
