I've got no butt how do I get some umph in it? I've been running and walking. And in the evenings I do pilates buns & thighs.

I ran two miles today during my 15 min breaks. Also did some weight lifting. After work I will go back to the weightroom and run another 3 miles.

First off congrats to you all. Your all an inspiration to me. I've lost 50lbs since OCT 2007. I stopped working out due to my busy schedule. And now I want to get back into because I want tot loose the last 32lbs.

Congrats on loosing 50lbs I also just found out I lost 50lbs and it's an amazing feeling. :P
