My trick that usually does it is to drink a ton of water. I mean a lot. say I am at my calorie goal for the day and i dont want to push myself over, I will drink water until I can't take it any more. Just don't do it before very long car trips :D

I weigh myself probably 3 times a day. The only weigh in I truly count though is the one in the morning right after i wake up and use the restroom. Have not done P90x but I have done insanity, I am actually on my second go for insanity now. I love it. as others have said. There is alot of cardio, and no weights. I have seen pretty good results

Right now I just turned 24. I was physically at my best at around 15. Thats around when I Stopped playing basketball and any sports really, but I've bounced back strong lost 100lbs and I am so close to being better than I was then. Hopefully by this time next year I can say that I am. :)
