  • HRM for sure! I did that when I was in Vegas, for two days, last year, and was amazed at the calorie burn from all the walking! If we would stop for a while I would pause my HRM and when we would get moving again I would restart it.
  • It is a very fun class! Dance like zumba but instead of the instructor just doing the dance and you have to pick up on it she teaches a couple steps a a time, you do them several times, and then she teaches more and you put them all together and so on.
