Day1 Level2 done!!! Omg, not sure what to say, first of all its more enjoyable to have different music and not knowing what Jillian is saying next. It is of course harder but for me it was more about technique so I followed Anita much of the time. I think when I get the technique of the moves right i will get much more out…

Well done everyone!! I'm only on day 9 as nightshift mucked me up a bit. I didn't do the DVD yesterday but I did my own workout with all the moves then got back on it today. Still hard although I'm looking forward to moving on as the chat and music are bugging me now!

Level1Day8 done! I agree, it is easier but NOT EASY. I do notice that recovery is quicker now and I'm not in pain afterwards :)

Level1Day6 complete! This has to be an exercise DVD record for me haha! I had yesterday as my rest day as just couldnt fit it in. Easier and much less painful today but she still kicks butt!

Level 1 Day 5 complete yey!!! I HATE the punches most of all, my legs burn sooo much! Also not sure I am doing the crunches right, I haven't hurt my neck or anything it's just that I don't feel anything in my tummy..??!! Oh and the thing I cannot do at all is the cool down splits!

L1Day3 done OMG it was HARD today, felt every second of it! Take back what I said about it getting easier!!! Just watching level 2 and think I have burnt some calories in fear!!

Haha, I was just about to write the same thing (without the exercise bike). My arms are v sore now and it hurts sitting down!

Hi Everyone :) Can I join in please? I have done the level 1 workout a few times but have started again properly today, glad to say it does get easier (well until I move onto level 2 I guess!!) Have also only just found this site today and it seems great, just what I need to help me lose weight, get fit and tone up.
